The highlight in my learning this year was improving my spelling because I got the same score two terms in a row and then this term I improved by four months.
I am most proud of developing my time management. I am proud of this because my parents always forced me to do my homework and know I can manage my own time. I now know when I can play games and I have to work.
I am chatty, motivated, competitive, hard working, active, independent.
I think I am an independent learner because I complete tasks on time and early I also work hard. I need to work o checking me emails everyday and replying if needed. I also need to be proactive with communicating with others.
My biggest focus for next term will be to keep up with the work i'm doing and keep working hard.

Camp Reflection
The biggest highlight on camp for me was stealth because I was the only person to be the last one to be found. This was my highlight because I wasn't being stealthy I was just staying in one place, I was treating it like hide and seek.
I am most proud of completing the tramp because it was extremely long and hard. The reason I am proud of this is because I didn't complain much and I never gave up. It was long and I worked hard to complete it.
On camp I learned that I am not afraid of heights unless they are really high like 8 meters.
The most difficult thing on camp for me was the high ropes because it was extremely high and I'm afraid of heights.This was the hardest thing because I am afraid of heights when it gets really high like this.
The feedback that I would have for next year would be to have the camp sites bigger so you can do more things in them. I would keep the: flying fox, rock climbing and the swing thing.

Reflections Term 3
My highlight for this term was the hockey tournament because we won and I only let three balls go into the goal. One of which hit my leg and was called a goal because if my leg wasn't there I would have gone in the goal. The reason this was my highlight was because it was so much fun and I wasn't only the goaly but for two half games I went up and I scored five to six goals.
I am most proud of getting every single task for Lesley on time. The reason I am proud of this is because I was the only one to get every single task done on time along with Leni. I am also proud of this because I have spent so much of my spare to get all of the tasks done and I managed to finish all of the tasks.
Next term I would like to improve the amount of P.E because that is my favorite subject in school. The reason I want more P.E is because we only do it once a week with Merrick where we could be doing sports during the week along with the P.E rotation.
My big learning focus for next term will be my spelling because in the last two terms I got the exact same results in the test. The way I am going to improve my spelling by moving into Matt's spelling group and focusing more on the spelling rules for longer rather than just touching on them. This will help improve my spelling.
I would like us to focus slightly more on spelling but not to much. The spelling was good this term but maybe one more workshop a week.
My Student Conference went really well because I got through everything and my parents where really proud of everything I achieved this term. Disquiry Reflection Tuesday
The thing that I am most proud of in my Disquiry is my videos because I put a lot of work into creating them and editing them. The reason I am most proud of this is because when we were editing our video Imovie got erased twice which made it hard to edit them video.
One of the problems in Disquiry that we had to overcome was when Imovie got wiped fully. The way we overcame this was by doing the process again. In a way it was good that Imovie got erased because we made out video better each time and I found out how to fade the music.
One thing that I learned during Disquiry was How to play Badminton and the rules to==of the game. Before Disquiry I didn't know as much as I do now.
A good thing about our video was that people found it entertaining and they learned something. someone even thought that I was cool music. One thing that we need to work on for next time would be to make the speaking louder and the other thing would be to turn down the music at the end and at the start.
I think next term I need to be on a hike because I didn't need much help the only thing we needed help with was uploading the videos from drive to Imovie.
This term I liked the choice of having lots of guidance, a little guidance and basically no guidance. The reason I liked this was because you have choice in where you go instead of the teachers supervising you the whole time.

Week 8 Reflections Friday
My highlight for this week was when I moved into the Independent Igroup because I have been working really hard to get into this group. The things that I was working on was getting all my work done early and uploading to ALF. I worked really hard through this week and I finally achieved this goal.
The Igroup I am currently in is Independent. I do not think I am close to moving into Insider because I need to work on every single goal there is up. My main goal is to push myself and "raise the bar" because I need to seek more challenges when I am not doing L8ED work.
I find ALF time useful depending on how much I've uploaded and whether or not I've finished all of my tasks.I think it depends on where I am at with different things for example if I have uploaded everything to ALF reflections are better vice versa.
I am feeling a little bit sad because Helene was a good teacher but this is opening up new learning opportunists because all teachers are different.
My Disquiry is going great all I need to finish is editing my last video then I am ready to present. Next week my priority is to finish editing then I am ready. Reflections week 6 Friday
My plan for disquiry next week is to film another video and then edit them both. The stage that I am at is that I am ahead because next week we were only going to start recording but we have already done a video.
My OTJ goal is to produce good pieces of writing every time I write a piece. This week to achieve this I didn't have any tasks from Lesley because this week we had to finish all the tasks we haven't done but I have already finished all the task before she told us. I got some homework from my English extension classes and I did really good work; . I am very close to achieving this goal and I know this because I try my best in every single piece of writing I do. I know whe n my writing is good when I put time and effort in because I usually need time to think about what I am writing about.
One thing that I am enjoying this term is all the tournaments going on because I am really sporty and I love running around. This is also good because I get A break from all the work that I do through the term.
One thing that I would like to improve about Harakeke Hub is that we could have a doing disquiry card for the wall next to the library because Ton and I do our disquiry in the hall. I think we should have this so that if we do our disquiry in the commons our in the hall the teachers will know.

Reflections week 6
One thing that I have leaned today was that one of the rules in badminton is that you can not distract the other player.
My priority for tomorrow will be to finish my next maths task that I get assigned. I will achieve this by getting right onto it straight away.
This morning to show insiderness I had nothing to do so I decided to work on my disquiry. Now we have a survey that I am going to send out and the script.
